    You can pay for purchases using Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods as well as a Google Pay, Paytm variety of other Wallets and UPI’s. Cash On Delivery is currently not available. We are working on adding this option.

If an order is not canceled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are canceled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

  • What are the timelines for delivery?
    Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between more time.
  • Can you share more details about your delivery process?
    All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
  • Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available across India orders?
