Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order. All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between more time. We ship products throughout India and orders above Indian Rupees 499/- will qualify for free domestic shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nithyatvam, we try our best to give you premium quality products and best service. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

• If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

• For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.

• Nithyatvam is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

• Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -

• Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and verifying by our team.

• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
